I don't write up every sale that lands in my inbox. Most "Prime Day fitness deals" roundups are padded with junk — random bands, knockoff straps, accessories nobody asked for. But a couple of things I genuinely use and recommend are discounted right now, and the WHOOP subscription deal in particular doesn't come around often. So here's the honest, short list.
WHOOP Peak & Life — 17% Off a Pre-Paid Year
This is the one that matters. WHOOP's pricing is subscription-based, and the cheapest way to own one has always been to pre-pay for a full year up front rather than paying month to month. Prime Day takes 17% off that pre-paid annual membership — on both the Peak tier and the top Life tier (the one with ECG and Blood Pressure Insights).
If you've been on the fence about trying WHOOP, a discounted annual plan is the best entry point you'll find. And if you're an existing member, buying a pre-paid year through this deal is a clean way to extend your membership at a lower rate.
One tip to save even more: if you're a new member, use my referral link to get an extra month free on top of the discount. Set up your account through the referral first, then apply the Prime Day subscription deal — the free month stacks on the discounted year.
WHOOP 5.0 / MG Superknit Bands — 20% Off
If you wear WHOOP 24/7 like I do, you already know one band isn't enough. I rotate mine every couple of days so each one dries out fully between wears — it's better for the band and better for your skin. (I wrote up the full approach in my band strategy guide.)
The Superknit bands for the 5.0 and MG sensor are 20% off for Prime Day, which makes this the right time to build out a rotation rather than buying them one at a time at full price.
Withings Smart Scales — 31–40% Off
WHOOP handles recovery, strain, and sleep — but it doesn't weigh you. For body composition I use a Withings scale, which syncs weight, body fat, and other metrics straight into Apple Health alongside everything else (I cover that integration in my fitness stack guide). For a weight-loss journey that lives or dies on tracking the trend, a connected scale is one of the highest-value pieces of the whole setup.
Two models are discounted, and the right one depends on how much detail you want:
- Body Comp — the higher-end model, with segmental body composition, vascular age, and more granular metrics. Currently 40% off, which is the steepest discount in this whole list.
- Body Smart — the more affordable everyday scale: weight, body fat, muscle mass, and trend tracking. Currently 31% off. This is the one I'd point most people to if they just want reliable body-composition trends.
What I'd Actually Buy
If I were starting from scratch today: the discounted WHOOP pre-paid year (stacked with the referral month), one or two extra Superknit bands so I'm never caught without a dry one, and the Body Smart scale to track the weight trend. That's a complete, connected setup for less than the parts usually cost — and it covers recovery, strain, sleep, and body composition in one stack.
If you already own a WHOOP and just want to top up, the bands and a pre-paid renewal year are the easy wins.
