How to Claim It — Order Matters Here

This is the most important part: you must add the offer to your Chase card before you make your purchase. If you buy first and add the offer later, you won't get the credit. The steps are:

Log in to your Chase account and navigate to the Chase Offers section for your Sapphire card.
Find the WHOOP offer and add it to your card. This activates the cash back — without this step, nothing else matters.
Go to WHOOP and complete your purchase in a single transaction of at least the offer amount ($359 for Reserve, $100 for Preferred).
Pay with the Chase Sapphire card you added the offer to. The cash back will post to your account after the transaction clears.

The key rule: you must spend at least the offer amount in one transaction to be eligible for the credit. Splitting payments or spending less than the threshold won't qualify.
